Shipping Return


The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of (1) several different items, (2) a quantity of the same item. In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has” shipped,” marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. All packages sent have a separate tracking number and may be followed on the Order Status page. You agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Shipping Confirmation, which could in exceptional circumstances be longer than 30 days.

Q: What is your shipping policies?

A: We offer free shipping on all US domestic orders over US$75.00 (Retail Customer). The minimum purchase amount required for free shipping does not include purchase of gift cards or sales tax. The free shipping offer applies to Standard Shipping only and to one location.

Q: Do you ship to Military or P.O. boxes?

A: With over thousands of styles available, Like Dreams Amazon Store offers one of the best selections anywhere — online or offline. We add new styles to our Amazon Store on a weekly basis so that our selections are always paving its way for others to follow. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to P.O. boxes or Military base addresses.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns for most items in new and unused condition with original tags attached within thirty (30) days from the day the order was shipped.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
All original tags must be attached.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Items marked as “Final Sale.”

U.S. Returns

To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
Complete the required information here
Securely pack your merchandise and make sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
Affix the return label to your return package.
Mail your return package at any UPS office or UPS drop-off location, or hand off your package to your UPS driver.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any duties, taxes or shipping charges.
